The Ludington Area Jaycees: Building Young Leaders Since 1947
The Ludington Area Jaycees is a non-profit organization for individuals 21-40 years of age seeking leadership, social opportunities, personal and professional development, and community involvement.

They take pride in making the community a better place to live through their many fundraising projects and involvements. One of the most notable and popular events hosted by the club is their annual 4th of July Freedom Festival in downtown Ludington. The club also owns and manages the Ludington Area Jaycees Mini Golf Course in Stearns Park, a business that contributes 30% of it's profits annually to other community organizations and causes.
The Ludington Area Jaycees are part of the Michigan Jaycees, the United States Jaycees, and Junior Chamber International. Jaycees around the nation and world have been a force of good, helping to establish Airmail Services with Jaycee Charles Lindbergh; building parks, playgrounds, hospitals, ball fields, and housing; and raising money for other community organizations like the March of Dimes and the American Cancer Society.
The Ludington Area Jaycees were chartered in 1947 and, in 2017, celebrated 70 years of building young leaders in Mason County through community service, networking opportunities, and personal and professional skill trainings.
